Want every step to make a statement? Whether you’re looking to upgrade your everyday look or add the excellent finishing touch to an outfit, the right pair of shoes can completely transform your vibe. From timeless classics with a modern twist to bold, trend-setting designs, it’s all about making your shoes work for you! Stylish, versatile, and undeniably comfortable. It's time to refresh your shoe game? The perfect pair is waiting to step up your style.
Sneakerinas

This ingenious new blend of a classic ballet flat and sneaker is sporty, sweet, and totally of-the-moment…
The 'sneakerina' is the hybrid shoe we didn’t know we needed combining the cushy comfort of a sneaker with the dainty elegance of a ballerina pump. Think padded rubber soles, satin-rounded toes, and in some cases, full-on ribbon lacing and bows. It's the impeccable pairing of function and femininity.
The Adidas X Wales Bonner collaboration teased this idea back in October 2024, now the combination has reached full force. As fashion influencer Cartia Mallan puts it, “Together they just make sense.” Especially now, when fashion is deep in its love affair with Y2K nostalgia and boho revival. These shoes have been spotted on celebs like Dua Lipa and are predicted to stay in power. Charles & Keith offer a delicate, refined satin version with their 'Cece Bow Sneakers, whilst Free People offer a modern, youthful take with their 'Aloha Crocheted Sneakers'. Pair these with low rise baggy jeans and an oversized bomber, you will be walking around like a true London celeb. Amazing for some comfy uni attire, cool enough to hit the soho pubs with your friends after.
Elegant Flats
Be the IT girl this season, with brands like Saint Laurent and Alaia featuring super classy flats on the runway. As well as the more affordable Ralph Lauren, reformation and classic high street shops like Zara. Go for a bohemian feel, paired with a loose pleated skirt from brands like Free People, a cool denim or leather jacket from french brand, Zadig Et Voltaire. Et voilà! You are now ready to hit Columbia Road Flower Market, indulge in brunch at Sunday in Brooklyn, or take a leisurely stroll through Hyde Park like a true weekend connoisseur. It’s the kind of look that turns heads without even trying: low effort, high impact, and totally main character energy.
Kitten Heels

Already introduced in last year's spring/summer season, kitten heels are going strong and here to stay! Versatile, effortlessly cool, and delightfully practical. Whether you're elevating a simple jeans-and-a-top combo or heading out for a night of dancing, kitten heels strike the ideal mix between aesthetic and comfort (your feet will thank you come midnight).
And for those not quite ready to splurge on high-end designers, but still craving that elevated feel, brands like Steve Madden (let’s call them accessible luxury) have totally nailed the brief. Their section in Selfridges is stacked with options for everyone: from diamond-studded and sparkle-drenched pairs to timeless black heels with a dainty bow. Chic without the sting— what’s not to love?
Clogs

With brands like Burberry and Birkenstock featuring them on the runway, this comfy shoe is a must have. The blend of dutch craftsmanship with modern platform styling is giving the classic clog a bold twist. Pair these with wide-leg trousers and a tucked-in blouse for a refined, effortless vibe, or go for a more casual look with distressed jeans and a relaxed blazer.
Recently, elevated takes on the classic silhouette have been seen. Metallic detailing and buckled straps for example can can be seen on the Kelsi Dagger Clogs pictured to left. As well as the Burberry ones below. Both also have included dynamic colour and pattern ways. Dagger's 'Nash' Clogs are built around a vibrant yellow base, whilst Burberry includes their infamous tartan-check. The result is a intersting take on a classic show.
When styled they can dress-down or dress-up an outfit. Zendaya, for example, paired her's with a black windbreaker and Louis Vuitton bag, blending comfort with a touch of bold luxury. Clearly, it's okay to keep your comfy clothes on with these shoes! Elevate your outfit whilst strutting, comfortably yet stylishly, into the day ahead.
Caged Sandals

Don't know what kind of sandals to pack for this summer holiday? Also known as fisherman's sandals, these are sure to turn some heads. With brands like Tods and JW Anderson showcasing these with long summer dresses, don't forget to pack these in your suitcase for that next beach getaway. For a more affordable shop, try Anthropologie, with a multitude of different (and their own) brands to choose from.
